Blade allows individuals to spend money with a free debit card. For each eligible card swipe, an individual will earn one Ticket. A Ticket allows an individual to select one set of numbers. A set of numbers consists of seven regular numbers between 1 and 50 (inclusive).  If an individual has a Ticket but does not select numbers, the individual will be assigned random numbers. As detailed below when the numbers on an individual’s Ticket match the randomly drawn numbers the individual will win prizes.

1. Eligibility

The Blade Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (and the District of Columbia) excluding Rhode Island, New York, and Florida, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Proof of residency and age may be required. Employees and directors of Lucky Technology Corporation and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies or individuals involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes are prohibited. In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive a prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Timing

The Sweepstakes begins on 12/1/2022 at 9PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 12/31/2022 at 9:00PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

4. How to Get a Ticket

There are two ways to get a Ticket.

1. Card Entry. You will automatically receive one entry into the Promotion each time you use your eligible Blade Card (“Card”) to make a qualifying purchase in the 50 United States and D.C. during the Promotion Period. A qualifying purchase is a purchase that has been processed and accepted by the merchant and has settled in the entrant’s Blade account. This purchase may, but not necessarily, include tips, holds, and deposits related to the qualifying purchase. In addition, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose transaction is rescinded, withdrawn, not completed, or otherwise not finalized prior to the awarding of a prize. The entrant’s debit card must remain active through the Promotion Period and the awarding of the prizes.
2. Mailing In. You can receive one (1) Ticket by sending a handwritten sheet of paper with your name, address, e-mail, and phone number to: Lucky Technology Corporation 221 Kearny St, Floor 4, San Francisco CA, 94108. For each completed sheet of paper, you will receive one (1) Ticket. If you want to select your own numbers you should include those numbers on the sheet of paper. If you do not provide numbers, they will be randomly provided. Limit of one request per envelope. The entry will award a Ticket for the drawing that starts on the next Monday, after the mail in was received (not postmarked).

Received entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries all of which will be ineligible to win a prize. In the event of a dispute as to any entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to be awarded the prize. Limit of 1,000 Tickets per person per week, regardless of method of obtaining a Ticket.

5. Number Selection

Seven numbers (six regular numbers and one Magic Number) will randomly be selected for each entry you submit. As stated below if the numbers on your Ticket match the randomly selected numbers for your entry you will receive prizes.

6. Prizes and Odds

Prizes will be awarded to your Blade Account. If you do not have a Blade Account you will be mailed a check with the cash equivalent of the points (0.7 cents ($0.007) per point). Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prize will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules.

7. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR. SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF THE WINNER AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE APP SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING SELECTIONS HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE, IS VOID, AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.
