These Blade Rewards Terms and Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) are provided to Blade Card account holders (“You" or “Your") by Lucky Technology Corporation. (“Blade Card," “our” or “we”) solely for the purpose of offering and promoting the Blade Card reward program (“Program") redemption offers to qualified Blade Card holders who have been approved to participate in the Program and to obtain a Blade Card rewards account (“Rewards"). These Terms and Conditions are a separate agreement and are not part of the Terms and Conditions of Your Blade Card Account (the “Agreement”).THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO MANDATORY ARBITRATION PURSUANT TO THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION PROVISION.
Earning Points
You earn 1 Point for each US$ of eligible spend on your Card Account, based on purchase activity and usage of Your Blade Card Account (as defined in the Agreement). The value of each purchase will be rounded down to the nearest US$ before Points are calculated. Points are earned once a transaction has cleared.
You may also earn bonus points in a variety of ways.
From time to time, we may permit you to earn more Points per eligible US$ for certain purchases with particular retailers and we may contact you about this to ensure that you can benefit from the Program. In addition to the standard point earnings scale, you may earn points as may be authorized by Lucky Technology Corporation from time-to-time for special programs, promotions or transactions that may be offered for limited time periods and for which additional terms and conditions may apply.

Merchants who accept the Blade Card are assigned a merchant code, which is determined by the merchant or its processor in accordance with card brand procedures based on the kinds of products and services they primarily sell. Even though a merchant may sell retail items that may be similar to retail items sold by another merchant, the two merchants may not have the same merchant code. Therefore the purchases at the merchants may not be included in the same category for the purposes of earning points. Net Merchandise Purchases must be submitted by merchants using the identified merchant category codes to qualify for earning points. We are not responsible for incorrectly coded transactions. Purchases made through third parties, including resellers, or using a third-party payment account may not be eligible for accruing points. Blade Card reserves the right to remove merchants from the Reward Program in its sole discretion including when required by local laws, rules, or regulations. Questions concerning what constitutes Net Merchandise Purchases and eligible transactions will be determined in the sole discretion of Lucky Technology Corporation.
Your Rewards will be credited with points You earn on a daily basis when transactions post to your Blade Card. Using the Blade Card mobile application you may review your rewards, and we encourage You to frequently review Your Rewards. Points are available to You after they are posted to Your Rewards, should You choose to redeem them. The number of points You can earn each year is unlimited. In the case that Your Blade Card Account is not open or is not in Good Standing (defined below), You cannot earn points if it has been more than thirty (30) days since the transaction and points are not reflected on Your Rewards summary, please contact customer service. Inquiries must be made within sixty (60) days of the transaction. A Blade Card Account or Blade Card that is not designated by Lucky Technology Corporation as lost, stolen, revoked or closed or is not otherwise in default of any of the terms of the Agreement is to be in “Good Standing”.
Points will not be retroactively applied to Your Rewards for otherwise qualifying transactions occurring during any period in which you were not enrolled into this Program or Your Blade Card Account was not in Good Standing. All transactions in U.S. Dollars for which points are awarded to You will be rounded down to the highest whole-dollar amount less than the transaction amount for purposes of determining the number of points to be awarded. Upon opening Your Blade Card Account and enrolling in the Blade Card Rewards Program, subject to Blade Technology Corporation’s approval of such enrollment request, you will automatically begin earning points. At any time you may notify Blade Card that You want to withdraw from the Program.
Through the Blade Card mobile application rewards statements will be made available. Individual transactions forming the basis for awarding points will not be shown on the Rewards statement—only total points earned less any point reduction for refunds, returns or adjustments, redeemed points and expiring points will be displayed. The content, timing, frequency or layout of the Rewards statements are subject to change from time-to-time at the discretion of Blade Card. Points cannot be combined with other discount or reward programs unless specifically authorized by us.
